Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. At Oddity House Official, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Non-returnable items:

• We do not accept returns on opened or used press-on nails due to hygiene reasons.
