Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only to New Zealand and Australia.

What do I do if my package is lost?
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Oddity House has no control over it. Please contact the postal service and reach out to us via email: hello@oddityhouseofficial.com

Are the nails reusable?
Yes! If the nails are still in good condition after removal, gently buff the back of the nail to remove old glue and reapply as usual.

How do I figure out my nail size?

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Please double-check your measurements and order details before checkout.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you. Refunds or exchanges are not available for mystery bundles or oopsie sets.
